Schmitt Enterprises Inc. uses a shipping chart for orders sent to locations within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping. Domestic orders shipped within the lower 48 states are usually shipped via UPS. Orders for only Books and Dvds are usually shipped via US Postal Service.

ALL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE of the CONTIGUOUS U.S.

Shipments outside of the contiguous U.S. will be charged actual shipping.  For shipments outside of the contiguous U.S. please place your order on our website as normal.  Your payment for the products you purchase will be handled by our website.  Once we have your items packed and your order ready to ship out (so we are able to determine the shipping charges), we will contact you for payment of the actual shipping cost.  This shipping payment request will be made by phone. We will then ship your order to you upon receipt of the shipping payment.

Note that we do not have access to your credit card information when you place an order on our website.  Therefore, we can not simply run your credit card through again for the shipping payment.  We handle a lot of shipments outside of the contiguous U.S.  The ordering, payment and shipping payment process is very easy to complete. Alternatively, you can email us or call us with a list of the items you would like to order.  We will then call you to request payment for the total amount of the order, including shipping.  Once payment is received we will ship out your order.

Orders delivered outside ot the United States are typically sent via US Postal Service. We will compare UPS and US Postal Service to find the most economical shipping method for you.

We can ship your packages by Air (Next Day or 2nd Day) and will charge you the actual shipping cost. It is very expensive. Since it is based on package weight, we won't know the Air freight cost until your order is packed. Many customers request that their order be shipped by Air, but most decline once they know how expensive it really is.

Return Policy

We will do our best to resolve the situation. Items purchased may be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Refund will be processed within three business days of our receipt of returned merchandise. The customer must pay for shipping both directions. Please attach a copy of your original invoice.
